[Qt-interest] What's the differences between Qt shared libraries and usual dlls?

I have read something about dlls. The usual dlls are functions-based. It is
not easy
to export classes. While shared library of Qt is quite easy to export
classes. So what's
the differences between shared libraries and usual dlls? Does the dll hell
exist in shared
libraries?
