[Qt-interest] Double Spinbox with wheel changing int and decimal part

Hi to all!

Could someone please indicate me the right way to implement a double
spinbox sensible to the mouse wheel so that when the pointer is over the
integer part the wheel increases/decreases the integer part and when
over the decimal part it changes only the decimals?
