[Qt-interest] Licensing

I have a similar situation at hand.
We're using QT in an embedded platform and the platform vendor has
made some changes to QT for it work properly in that environment.
We're using the LGPL version currently (this might change to the
commercial one is the need arises).
We're simply making applications which link against this modified QT
lib. Who's onus is it to distribute the changes made to QT? Mine or
the platform vendor's?
