I was under the impression that there was actually quite a lot going on 
in India, but I guess I am mistaken. Places where you can look for jobs 
include (relevant groups in) networking sites such as LinkedIn, the 
QtCentre website (http://www.qtcentre.org/forums/12-Jobs), and the 
special Qt mailinglist there is for job-related stuff.

Also, I find it helps to demonstrate proficiency with Qt here and on 
other channels (forums, devnet, IRC...) You can use a signature to let 
people know you're available for jobs. For this, contributing to or, 
even better, leading an open source project is also beneficial of 
course. Loads of KDE devs have found Qt related jobs through there 
experience and reputation gained there, or that is my impression at least.
