[Qt-interest] Video for Windows and Phonon?

Hi,

I just ordered this USB Video Grabber: http://bit.ly/cMyKck
We will use this to stream a video signal of a GoPro HD camera to an
application that displays live footage. (This will be some kind of
ground control station for a quadrocopter)

I read the Qt Phonon documentation but it seems like it is only possible
to play files and optical medias with Phonon.

I don't have the grabber in my own hands yet, but the driver files
suggest it uses Video for Windows. Is it somehow possible to display VfW
data with Qt?
