[Qt-interest] Linux distribution for Qt developer

Hi,

few minutes ago I update Debian (Linux kernel + KDE + X + drivers +
Mesa) and... every element of desktop (windows, panels, wallpaper,
icons) is on normal position but drawn upside down. So (because Debian
start to annoy me) I want to ask about the best Linux distribution for
Qt developer. Must be simple in installation (could be in CLI), I
don't want spend much time to configure and have the newest (also
beta) packages with Qt. And please, no Kubuntu.
