Why do you think that? Are you sure you don't have it mixed up?
Qt wants you to buy a commercial license when you distribute statically 
linked executables, but you can distribute the standard DLL's under the LGPL 
license. How could you distribute a dynamically linked executable without 
distributing the DLL's?
