[Qt-interest] Compatible Qt-Creator with Qt_4.5.2

Hi Sujan, you should be able to use an earlier version of qt as your 
target, it just needs 4.7 to run creator with. In Options under qt4 -> 
Qt Versions, add a new version target, pointing to your qt 4.52 
directory, and it should all just work from there (make sure to select 
the 4.5.2 target when opening or creating a new project).
