[Qt-interest] How to use Qt Creator with VC Express?

This looks very much like cl.exe (MS VS Compiler)  is missing a DLL to load, 
that is, the environment is not correct. 
Could you check whether the Qt version used is configured with the correct 
version of Microsoft Visual Studio in the Qt versions settings page?
