Yes, and that can't be fixed until Qt5, if at all. From what I hear, putting 
that stuff into QtGui was done because at the time the trolls wanted to keep 
QtCore as small as possible, at the cost of putting some non-gui stuff like 
QAPM and QItemSelectionModel into QtGui. That mindset may or may not change 
by the time Qt 5 comes around.
