Also check out the gradients demo for a transfer function editor.

Hi,
There's already a Qt example that does practically everything you need but I
can't remember which one at the moment. Just browse through the
demo/examples application and you'll find it.
Greets,
Ben

Subject: [Qt-interest] a newbie question
Hello,
I took up Qt to write a widget for my application but i'm not sure if Qt is
capable of doing it. All i need is something like a transfer function
editor used in volume rendering, which has
1.a colorpicker/chooser
2.display gradient/opacity
3.to choose certain pixels (a rectangular area) from an image.
can anyone please point me to proper resources.
Thanks,
Best regards.
