Using clean looks style.  When you click in the combo box it populates.
When it's large enough to force a scroll, in my case at the top or bottom
I see an arrow.  Clicking either moves up or down.  It's not really a
scroll bar as there's no bar.

QComboBox::down-arrow is the down arrow to the right of the un dropped combo
box, isn't it?
