But that is not a tested option, correct?

My research indicates that freetype and fontconfig are included by
default in a stock Solaris installation so I should not have any
problems. Therefore, I reconfigured and did not turn off any options,
relying on the autodetection instead. What I am finding is that
fontconfig is not detected on my system. I turned on the verbose option
and traced it to a problem with freetype whereby Ft_Select_Size is
undefined. Basically, the link step of the fontconfig test is failing
since the freetype library is missing a required function.

I have verified the versions of libraries that are installed and
confirmed that the versions I am using are the correct versions.
(libfreetype.so.6.3.18 and libfontconfig.so.1.3.0). Can you confirm
that Qt on Solaris 10 auto-detects fontconfig? It looks like I have a
proper installation yet it does not work.

Thanks.

...Jake
