[Qt-interest] Ulternative to qmake

Hi,

The question was for an alternative for qmake, there was no mention of a pro
file.

Using qmake and the .pro file is not the only way to manage projects for qt.
You can even use cmake for that. It requires creation of a CMakeLists.txt
file. What qmake generates for you is a makefile, cmake also generates a
makefile.
