[Qt-interest] Ulternative to qmake

cmake is not a KDE specific command it can be used on a Windows machine.
Though I have not used it you can download the executable form
http://www.cmake.org/cmake/resources/software.html .

If you find this difficult then you have to correct your qmake installation.
