[Qt-interest] each time I run a Qt program, pops a installer window

first, I installed pythonxy with pyqt4.5,
and then, I installed Qt opensource edition, and delete it(failed on
uninstall, so I remove the directory),
finally, I installed this: qt-win-opensource-4.6.3-vs2008.exe

then I wrote a C++ qt program, build OK, the issue is,
each time I run a Qt program, pops a installer window(and disappear very
quickly),
anybody has any clue about this?
