I don't have time right now to look at your code, but I'll try to take a
peek tonight... (if Thiago hasn't solved your problem already ;) )

Like you already mentioned, it sounds like this might be a custom type
problem... I wrote a tutorial on using custom types with QtDBus about a
year ago. It may offer some clues:
