[Qt-interest] Tool windows / tooltips that does NOT deactivate main window?(WIN)

I am struggling to create a tool window and/or tooltip which when clicked does 
not deactivate main window.

The only type of widget to have this behavior is Qt::Popup, but I am reluctant 
to use it because of the (unavoidable) dropshadow.

Does anyone knows how can I force/hack a tool/regular window not to deactivate 
the main one?
(When clicked, otherwise WA_ShowWithoutActivating does the trick)
