[Qt-interest] MSVC 2010 ready for Qt yet?

32-bit MSVC 2010 compiler works well out-of-the-box. 64-bit one works
fine after installing a freely downloadable hotfix (more details at
http://bugreports.qt.nokia.com/browse/QTBUG-11445).
