[Qt-interest] Qt 4.7.2 build on Windows does not generate qthelp collection

I just built Qt 4.7.2 libraries from source on a Windows XP machine
using the MS Visual Studio 2008 Express compiler. The Windows OS is in
German.
Everything seems to build correctly, yet when I open QtAssistant for the
first time, I get a critical error that the qthelp collection is not
found:
"Fehler beim Lesen der Katalogdatei: 'C:/Dokumente und
Einstellungen/admin/Lokale
Einstellungen/Anwendungsdaten/Trolltech/Assistant\qthelp"
and perhaps more text which was truncated.
Note that the directory separator is "/" except for the last one which
is a "\". The directory structure exists up till and including
"Trolltech\Assistant", but it is empty.
I couldn't find any reference to this as a bug in the bug reports at
qt.nokia.com. What do I have to do to get it to build the file(s)?
