Pascal:

Quite a few games have been completely and successfully
written entirely in Flash; I see no reason why this
scale of project wouldn't translate well into the
Adobe AIR environment. And that environment will most-
likely be portable to WinPhone, even if Microsoft wished
you would use Silverlight instead of Flash.

With regard to HTML5+JS+CSS, writing and debugging in
that environment isn't hard; certainly no harder than
with Qt. I'm currently working in an embedded, cross-
compiled environment so every change that I make to
my Qt code involves not only a compile and link but
also a download and install; by comparison, if my app
were HTML5+JS+CSS, I'd just edit the source on the
  target and run it again.

JavaScript may seem opaque to some, but once you're
used to it, that environment is easily just as
comfortable as is Qt. And again, that environment
*CERTAINLY* will be portable to WinPhone as well as
every desktop in existence as well as most iPhones
and Android phones as well as the newer RIM phones
  that contain the WebKit-based browser.

And if the several "mobility contingents" (BONDI+
JIL->WAC and W3C) ever get their acts together, the
full range of mobility features will be just as
well-exposed in HTML5+JS+CSS as they will be in
Qt Mobility (which isn't exactly a sure long-term
  thing either).

Have you tried this for an application bigger than 'Hello World'?

Anyway.. I think we are going off topic a bit now.. :)
