Qt *Creator* can do it. Designer is only Widgets.
Note that your app will not have a native look and feel. It is for "sexy" UIs, until the native skins are released. So far, I only think symbian has a native skin (someone chime in if you know better)
I personally think QML for UIs is a bad decision if you want any kind of professionalism. Do I use QML? Sure. But not for "professional" apps. Call me old school. But I still think consistent UIs should be the norm.

I'd like to use the new way going forward. Can QtDesigner generate this? Or do you have write code like this by hand: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QML#Syntax.2C_semantics ?
