Which seems to say "Don't Panic!" 

The only way Flop gets sacked is if people continue to sell off NOK. -15% in 
after-hours trading, but stopped at -14%. Even if the stock takes a substantial 
hit, I expect the board to give him time to achieve his vision, then fail. But 
these things don't happen without board approval, or at least knowledge. 


The one "good" thing is that Nokia is not bound like other developers to the 
rigid rules of WP7. They have an opportunity to do something amazing... Flop 
clearly believes Nokia can. Time will tell. When I was in my Linux evangelical 
days, my all MS-company taught me that going with MS is never a mistake, and if 
it is, you can blame them. Doing a bold move like Linux, all the blame would be 
entirely on you if something went wrong. Flop could have resorted to this 
perverse logic.
