[Qt-interest] Static link to phonon backend

Hello 

I have a little problem with linking to phonon static.

I have everything static. Phonon is built also without any problems, but
in case of running the soft I have "phonon backend plugin could not be
loaded ".
Is there some possibility to include the gstreamer backend as not a
plugin?
It will be helpful for me, because I need to develop the multimedia
software on about 150 machines, and any upgrade to Qt can be a little
bit tough, so static linking is the best solution I found.
I tried the simplest -lphonon_gstreamer, but it didn't worked out. Maybe
I should do something in ./configure script before making Qt static?
