I've noticed that also. Nowadays I start at qt.nokia.com and typically
do Home > Developers > Qt Docs (under the "2 Resources" label) to get
to: http://doc.qt.nokia.com/latest/index.html.

Deploying Qt Applications > Platform-Specific Notes > Qt for X11
Platforms to get to the page you referenced.
