The solution is old code, using QHttp and with a Qt3-style API.

It doesn't deserve to live in Qt4.

A SOAP API would need to be designed from scratch and we think we have better 
things to spend our time on. Not to mention several available solutions 
(commercial and open-source) that do SOAP.
