  That one's easy enough - until Microsoft release a native development kit 
for WP7, it's not going to happen. Judging by what other platforms have done 
before them (in particular iOS and Android), they will eventually have to. 
But, for now - not a chance, unfortunately. And yup, i'm one of those pining 
for it, but until MS pull out their finger, smell the humous or which ever 
colloquialism you might choose to go with, it's not going to happen.
