Year 2011. Lazy programmers are too lazy to build software from source
code.

Only a unemployed programmer would build something that he can get
pre-built :)  Time is money... 

I build Qt solely to be able control how its built and what
configuration options, and to make sure they are all consistent on all
platforms.
