[Qt-interest] Mac Cocoa 4.6 - holding middle mouse button causes Wheel events?

I have Cocoa app on Mac and while holding the middle mouse button, I'm 
getting a bunch of Wheel events with a delta of 120 - without moving the 
mouse or moving the wheel! Sometimes I get a mouse down/up too but 
usually I don't even get those, so I can't filter them out.

This didn't happen in the Carbon version.

Anyone seen this?
