Your question (is there any?) is very unspecific.

I suggest you take a look at Qt docs (they are very good!) for building 
the sqlite plugin etc.

Would be nice if this OMIT_EXTENSION_LOADING... would be removed from 
Qt's driver pro ... Don't know if a bug/suggestion has any chance though.
