As far as i know, you can (and should) set "reply-to" for most (all?)
Mailingslists ;-). Then someone could reply and the MUA or Webmailer
should set the TO-Field from your "reply-to".

I dont know if there is any serverside option to "automatically" set
reply-to or to field.
