[Qt-interest] Clarification on "out of scope" closed bug

Alas, I suggested the online documentation allow comments, so we (users) can
attach these bits to the class documentation itself.
It was rejected as "out of scope". :-(

We're doing that.
But you'll understand that such a communication needs to be done with care.
People won't like some of the things that are in the list.
