You have a Visual C++ runtime mismatch problem.

Please upgrade/downgrade your VS2008 to the exact version that Qt was compiled 
with. If you're unsure which version that was, your other option is to 
recompile Qt. If you don't like that, please complain to Microsoft.

If you search the mailing list for your *exact* problem, you'll see that this 
is the cause. Please search the archives first, before posting to the mailing 
list.
