I just finished replying to your other post, where I cited problems with
previous plugin versions regarding MOC.  Now I read you are having the same
issue!  Make sure the versions of the plugin in your VS 2008 and VS 2010 are
the same.  If they're not, and they work on VS 2008, install the same
version on VS 2010.
