[Qt-interest] qt bug

qt version: 4.7.2

my pro is writted as:

VERSION = 0.0.4
TARGET = name-$$VERSION

with the ubuntu OS:

if compiled successfully, will generate a so file named "libname-0.0.4.so"

but with the windows xp OS:

if compiled successfully, will generate a dll file named "name-0.0.40.dll"

the character '0' is added.

I think maybe use the QString two characters.
