[Qt-interest] QPSQL available, but QPSQL not loaded

Hi, i'm building a postgresql-backed application, but
QSqlDatabase::drivers(); returns QSQLITE QPSQL7 QPSQL
but QSqlDatabase::addDatabase("QPSQL");
returns driver not loaded driver not loaded........................any help
would be appreciated

i dont have problem on linux, but this issue arises on windows, Qt 4.7.3 and
PostgreSQL 8.4.8
