[Qt-interest] Build qt project with xcode 4

I was wondering if someone could help me with building a qt project (any qt project) with XCode 4 on the mac. I have read through this: http://bugreports.qt.nokia.com/browse/QTBUG-17247 re creating an xcode 4 compatible project file, applied the patch, and successfully created an XCode 4 project file, at least inasmuch as it opens without complaint and looks correct. However, when I click on the "run" button, the build hangs- the progress bar appears top center with a "build" label, and it says "0 errors" underneath, but the progress bar never makes any progress no matter how long I leave it sit. This happens when attempting to build any qt project- I tried it both with a couple of the sample projects as well as with one of my own. Is there some setting I have to change in XCode to get this to work?

I have successfully made builds using XCode 3 in the past, but once I move to Lion this will no longer be an option. Thanks.
