[Qt-interest] not able to compile sql driver mysql

I had compiled driver thus:

E:\Qt\2010.03\qt\bin\qmake -o Makefile
"INCLUDEPATH+=D:\bin\MySQL51\include"
"LIBS+=D:\bin\MySQL51\lib\opt\liblibmysql.a" mysql.pro


This command was running inside cmd.exe from
E:\Qt\2010.03\qt\src\plugins\sqldrivers\mysql\  directory.
