[Qt-interest] Need help in confirming buggy font metrics on OS X

It seems I've come across a very annoying bug in the OS X version of Qt. 
  I already filed a bug report about it:

It would be great if another person who's on Qt 4.7.3 + OS X 10.6.7/8 
could confirm this, so that I know it's not due to something weird on my 
system.  A small application (including a *.pro file) is included in the 
bug report.
