He's asking for the same thing I have -- an Adobe Flash replacement based on 
QML.

I don't think it would be hard to do, but I would suggest we get a professional 
plugin developer to work on it.I figure we'd have to remove things like QFile 
from Qt and provide all those Sand boxing features, so a malicous app won't have 
full access to a system.

Now, Qt will work in Google's NaCL, so chrome would be your only option.
Also ActiveQt would allow it to run in IE via ActiveX.
