[Qt-interest] Qt SDK developer agreement

That's just people layering up. Standard boilerplate for not being a party to 
any thing which might be illegal, thus making them liable for damages. Varying 
legal definitions make compliance with this ambiguous. In whose jurisdiction do 
the definitions apply? The user's? The developer's? And given it exists on the 
internet, so what does that mean?

Note that I do not ever expect to run afoul of this condition of the license.. 
just an internet era item for thought.

bucks with my secret Qt project...
