[Qt-interest] Input Method framework for Qt-Embedded

Hi Kermit,

I'm from Taiwan actually :) Actually Qin is not just for Chinese input
methods,
it should support multi lingual input such as CJK or any other language
that
requires input methods. Thanks for the suggestion anyway.
