That's the one thing we absolutely do not need to worry about.

Qt is under LGPL and there is a healthy ecosystem around it - in the worst 
case the community would take over development completely. It's not like 
there isn't already some community involvement.

Digia seems to be good news for the commercial licensees - someone to direct 
support calls to and continuity in commercial licenses.

What remains to be seen is what happens at the space in between the Open 
Source and the commercial versions of Qt.

What about customers that use the LGPL version of Qt, but purchase support? 
Will Digia continue sell those support packages?

Will the commercial license change in any way?

How will pricing develop?

Are there some guarantees that the commercial and Open Source version will 
not diverge in the future?

The week is young. So I expect we'll see a few more statements in the next 
few days and weeks to address these questions.
