Is this a clean build? If it's not:

	make -C qmake clean
	make -C qmake

The qmake Makefiles are not complete. Several dependencies are missing, so a 
header file changing and one .cpp file could cause the .cpp to be rebuild, but 
not the other .cpp that also depends on the same .h.
