Hmmm, hard to tell what could cause it then, because this really works fine 
for me (now)... and reading your first post again, our use cases should 
actually be very similar (both using qmake to produce the .vcxproj file).

To make sure it's not caused by your .pro file itself, would you mind trying 
one of the Qt examples to see if you get the same issues?
