Well, changing your licence mid-project is problem. If you want to use the
Qt commercial licence, you must make that choice at the beginning of your
project, not when you're done developing it. Ignoring that will (IANAL) be
a violation of the terms of the licence, and would render it void.

(L)GPL might be your only option left.
