[Qt-interest] resizing window signal

So to me, the design pattern of a resize being an event only, makes sense..  But I agree.. it should ALSO be a signal for those rare, but needed resize..

I usually wind up having to create a eventFilter, and installing it on the class.. Which does work just fine..

I think the current design is perfectly normal...

It is desired that resize events can be overriden (resizeEvent is virtual).

Not to mention that signals have a cost, and resizing events can be numerous.
