I don't think that's in the scope of Mobility.
Look at FFMPEG or VLC (ffmpeg front end).

Sorry if I did not express myself clearly, but I would like to create a 
streaming server, not a client, using multimedia module of QtMobility.

I would assume so. Platform specific caveats side, you should be able to set 
your url to any (ffmpeg server?) stream. GStreamer, DirectShow* (see platform 
specific comment) then should handle the streaming on your client side.
