[Qt-interest] Drawing a path in QML

There will be a HTML5-like canvas API in QtQuick 2.0 for this requirement.

Hi,

it seems like that it isn't possible to draw a path within QML (Qt 4.7.0).
In my eyes, this is a basic thing for creating smooth and nice UIs, what
QML is made for.
Am I just missing something or am i right? And if I am, are there any
plans / does a roadmap exist when it will be possible?
