Then the ODBC driver is built with a different runtime version that you are
not deploying.  Easiest way to see what version it requires is to view the
DLL in Notepad or any text app and search for 

	CRT" version="

which finds the manifest.

See if the manifest in the ODBC dll matches the one in your .exe.  I'll be
they are different.  Then you would need to rebuild the QODBC driver dll.
